HVAC Issue -Head End Monday 12th April 2021 09:39:30
We had an HVAC issue in the Head End and have one piece of equipment down. It is part of a redundant pair with the mate functioning. We are investigating reports of some services impacted.
Impacted equipment has been put back into service without issue. Marking incident as fixed.
Services identified as impacted appear to be back to normal. Keeping this incident in watching statue for the time being.
Data and phone services are impacted for customers served via the Head End, Services appear to be restored to some customers. One OLT needed to be power cycled.
