Big 10 Network Video issues Wednesday 14th April 2021 13:16:37
After a firmware upgrade for Big10 Networks Receiver, There is a lot of freezing/tiling happening. I am waiting to hear from FOX support personnel concerning this. This is affecting Big10 and also the Big10 alternate channels.
FOX recommended reverting back to an earlier firmware. They are investigating why the new firmware is no good. They were inundated with calls after upgrading. Big10 and alternates are back to normal.
