Monitoring has identified a possible fiber issue between Union Fiber Hut and Waverly. Our Field Tech is en route to shoot the fiber with an OTDR.
All permanent fiber repairs have been completed. Incident marked as fixed.
Fiber maintenance to provide a more permanent fix is scheduled for 04:00 to 06:00 09SEP2021.
3rd Party Fiber provider has located the fiber cut. They have re-routed the fiber until it can be repaired.
Field Tech has confirmed that the cut is beyond CFU's fiber plant. No ETR from the 3rd party fiber provider.
