Some customers have reported when setting NDVR record schedules, either single or series, it is taking up to 15 seconds to complete. Technicians are investigating the issue, however as the service is functioning no action will be taken until a low-traffic maintenance window occurs.
Please be patient when setting NDVR record schedules until this issue is cleared. Do not take any actions during the time a NDVR recording is being set, doing so could cause corruption to your customer-specific database storage. Power cycling or rebooting the STB will not resolve the issue.
