CUTV assets are not being properly ingested. NDVR assets are ingesting, ReStartTV is functioning normally. Technicians are investigating the issue. Some CUTV assets will not be available from 16:30 13OCT2021.
The Edge server got stuck processing Back Office messages. Queued messages have been processed, CUTV assets that were not playable now are playable. There many be a very few CUTV assets that were permanently lost. Marking this incident fixed.
