IPTV Unicast Routing issue Wednesday 9th February 2022 08:38:00
CFU Engineers have identified a routing issue between two core routers. Logging is showing this started at 8:38am this morning. This impacts unicast time-shift services and STB booting.
CFU Engineers found a route stuck in a pending state thus causing the route issue. We cleared the state and had route convergence. All Partners are reporting unicast networks operational again.
