We are aware of issues with playback of pause live TV and network DVR assets. We believe we have found the issue and are working to correct it.
The system has returned to a normal state.
We are continuing to monitor this system. There may be some assets from this weekend that are not playable.
We believe most of the issues with pixelization are fixed, however some assets from this afternoon may not be playable.
We are continuing to monitor the system.
