Per our email provider- "Our technical team advised that they erroneously began clean-up activities on the Zimbra mail platform for users on your domain(s). These activities resulted in the premature removal of email data for some users." As we understand it, this is impacting some of our customers and our provider is working to restore those impacted accounts. ETR is not known at this time.

Our email provider has restored all missing emails. Some email users may see a folder labelled as "restored_mail", this will contain any missing emails that had to be manually restored.
