Headend OLT #2 Internet Connectivity Fault Monday 22nd August 2022 18:32:58
One of our Headend Motorola OLTs has experience a system fault that's resulted in a loss of connectivity for the OLT impacting Internet access and Voice services. We will need to power cycle the OLT to try and recover services as soon as possible.
A switch card in the OLT has failed, and after power cycling the OLT and removing the failed switch card services have been restored.
