One of our paths to Des Moines is currently down due to a suspected fiber cut. UPN is investigating.
The link has been repaired and services are restored.
Crews are about halfway through pulling new fiber and will begin resplicing both ends. Current ETTR is 3 hours.
Fiber was shot with OTDR and splicers are headed back to the field to perform an emergency maintenance

Splicers have completed work, we are monitoring now.
