We're aware of occasional service flaps happening. We have identified an issue in the Lloyd Lane area and are planning a maintenance window to correct the issues.
We've reset a switch card that was showing issues and manually moved over to a secondary card. We believe this should resolve the issues with intermittent loss of service.
We are going to perform emergency maintenance of a OLT at our Lloyd Lane site that will result in service outages for those connected for a short time.
