Performance Issues Thursday 15th December 2022 16:25:00
We are currently investigating issues with the network that may be causing performance issues with certain aspects of IPTV
The VM cluster has been updated however we have not migrated VMs back to the cluster. IPTV system has been stable.
We have migrated all VMs off of the affected cluster and will be applying a software update tomorrow morning. At this time CatchUpTV and Restart are working although some assets from Thursday night into Friday morning may be unplayable.
We are currently migrating vms to our disaster recovery site due to issues with the current cluster. We are actively engaged with the hardware and software vendors to resolve the issue. No ETR at this time.
We are still working on diagnosing issues with Catchup and nDVR.
