IPTV Time Shift Issues Sunday 7th May 2023 10:16:14


We are investigating Time Shift issues for select Waverly, New Hampton, and Vinton channels. At this point there are no known issues impacting Cedar Falls or other locations.

We will update this as we gather more information. Please report any issues you encounter with our Help Desk staff.

We have worked with our vendor to check over the system ensure that everything is stable. We will be closing this issue out now.

We have found some hardware used for recording that is experiencing intermittent issues. These issues appear to be causing sporadic recording and playback issues. We have reset the hardware in hopes that corrects the issue, and will be raising an issue with our vendor to see if further action is needed.

Restart is working for 10am assets. Help Desk confirmed each of the channels we were having issues with are now working. We are continuing to investigate.
