We are investigating intermittent routing issues with some internet traffic.

All peers in our Chicago location are back up, and services should be back to normal.

We have implemented a change to our routers that should correct some routing issues that resulted in occasional loops. We still do not have all of our network peers back online at Chicago, and are keeping this incident open until they are all fully up.

We are aware of some on-going issues with certain external sites loading intermittently or slowly. We are currently implementing a change that we expect will correct this issue.

Our IX identified an ACL issue with their switch which they have corrected.

We are still working with our IX to diagnose the errors we're seeing. In the meantime, we have applied some changes that should allow for internet access to work without issue. Latency might be increased slightly for some destinations.

We are working with our IX in Chicago to diagnose possible issues with our port that led to peering problems after a router replacement.
