We are seeing what looks like a potential cut of some kind on our fiber that heads north to Minneapolis. We are investigating.
Services should have routed around the cut, but there may have been some brief outages.
Our provided has stated alarms have cleared on their side. We haven't seen any issues since splicing has been completed. Issue resolved.
Our provider, identified and repaired damage to the fiber. Services restored at approximately 11:54pm.
Our provider has identified a possible break in fiber, repair crews are en route. No ETA at this time
We have completed OTDR shots of the fiber and identified a potential issue around 82,000' out. We have engaged with the provider to investigate that area.
