We opened a ticket with upstream support for the network outage we experienced earlier. Upstream support will continue to monitor the network and will communicate additional information when available. Should something further occur, they will open a ticket with their upstream provider to investigate further.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

The upstream fiber provider did not provide a reason for outage, but said all systems are back to normal at this time. We will be closing this incident.
