We are investigating issues with video packet loss. This is likely related to a change made early this morning.
The maintenance completed this morning with minimum impact.
We continue to monitor this issue, and have planned maintenance on the morning of 23DEC2019.
We've identified a possible multicast issue which could lead to occasional pixelization. It doesn't seem to be causing any issues currently, and so we are planning a fix during a pre-existing maintenance window Friday morning.
