28E Video Partners are reporting sporadic time-shift issues for recorded assets. Some time-shift assets will show available for playback but won't and will pop up an error and others in the guide that should have time-shift assets do not show available for playback. Staff have engaged our multiple vendors for the equipment that takes care of recording on the backend. Additional information will be passed along when available.

The load has been reduced on the Orbit devices, and the recent power cycle of all the devices has returned time shift recording and playout back to normal operation.

The issue continues but the frequency of impact has decreased. Our vendor's professional services is working with staff to further isolate and remedy this issue.
