Playout of PLTV, Restart, CUTV, and NDVR has pixelization and other visual artifacts for multicast channels.
Channels that have been migrated to ABR are not impacted.
The cause has been identified and work is ongoing to resolve the issue.
Additional bandwidth capacity has been added with available equipment, visual artifacts are now minimal.
This issue will continue to be monitored.
Additional capacity was planned for, however the ordered equipment has not been delivered.
Once the new equipment is on-site, more capacity will be added.
