Internet Service Disruption - West Cedar Falls Sunday 7th July 2024 11:50:00
Network Engineers are investigating a partial outage for customers in west Cedar Falls.
Please reboot your ONT if you have no internet currently.
This partial outage began just prior to noon and has continued to be an intermittent issue.
We haven't received any further reports about internet access issues.
If you do, please reboot your ONT and contact our Help Desk if the issue doesn't get resolved.

Network Engineers ended up rebooting one of the line cards on our Union Sub OLT.
Help desk has been working with customers the last few hours as needed to triage devices and get them back online.
We're going to continue to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as needed.
