Our cross connect to one of CFU's Transit Provider's in Chicago went down at 20:28. A ticket is open with Pilot.
Optic was found to be faulty and was replaced. The link to Pilot is now operational as of 1222 today.
Pilot has investigated there equipment in Chicago. Smart-hands will be swapping optics and/or taking OTDR shots of the cross connect. No ETR
