CFU Partner IPTV recording issues Wednesday 9th October 2024 15:36:22


An issue was identified specifically with CFU Partners being unable to access any recordings. A cursory investigation identified a convoy router as having issues. We went ahead and proceeded with a reboot of the convoys earlier than scheduled. It appears this resolved the issue we will continue to investigate.

The root cause of this incident has been identified. This outage was due to issues with the device hosting our Convoy virtual machines. This was not a planned maintenance or anything that could have been foreseen.
