Greymail Spam Filtering Upgrade Causing Sporadic Message Delivery Friday 10th January 2020 11:27:23


An upgrade to the Greymail Spam Filter during 04JAN2020 and 05JAN2020 has been causing sporadic message delivery problems. The provider is working on the issue.

The vendor considers this issue resolved, internal testing at CFU shows @cfu.net e-mail accounts working normally.

There is a new addition to the Greymail interface. To view quarantined messages that arrived before the upgrade, there is a button you must click to be transferred to the old system. You will need to enter your e-mail address and password.

There is also a problem with the "View" links in the Daily Digest. Clicking on those links will result in an "unauthorized" response. The current workaround is to use the main console link to view all quarantined messages and then scroll to the specific message.
