IPTV - Investigating Playback issues Thursday 9th January 2025 21:10:00
CFU is investigating reported issues with IPTV.
More information will be provided as soon as possible.
The vendor support identified a configuration issue with the CDN throughput thresholds that caused the errors which has been corrected. IPTV playback appears to be working as intended again after the configuration changes were applied.
We are seeing errors from our CDN system for delivering video, and we have engaged the vendors support for assistance.
