UPN has reported fiber damaged by contractors. New fiber has been ran in place and they are currently splicing. ETR is approximately 7PM CT.
Services have been operating normally so we consider this incident resolved.

This should now be back up and running. We will leave this in a watching state as UPN isn't entirely hands off with fiber splicing.
