Statically Assigned Business Customers Reporting Brief Connectivity Disruptions Friday 4th July 2025 13:20:00
We have received multiple reports of business customers with statically assigned IP addresses experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. We are currently investigating this and will provide updates as we find out more information.
Services have remained stable and this issue appears to have been resolved.
After resetting the gateway interface for this service we are seeing a more consistent service connectivity for the reporting customers. We are still watching for any additional reports of service interruption, and if you experience service disruptions please contact our Help Desk at 319-268-5221.
