We have identified a break in our OTN ring between Iowa city and Hiawatha. We are opening a ticket with our fiber vendor.
We were able to identify an issue that was not fiber related and rectify the issue. We will continue monitoring.
A ticket is open with our fiber vendor they are investigating.
