There was a brief traffic loop caused by OSPF dropping between two routers. This appears to be resolved, but we are still looking into a root cause.
We are currently working with one of our upstreams to try to identify a root cause, but have not seen this issue reoccur.
We're still working on identifying the root cause. We seen this happen twice now, at 2:05pm and at 2:31pm.
