We have identified an issue with installing and updated applications from the Apple App Store. A peer networks Apple Edge Cache is not fully operational but the Apple App Store is still attempting to request data from it. The peer network has opened a ticket with Apple Edge Cache operators to investigate the issue. A temporary work around is to install and update applications using alternative networks like your cellular providers data service while this is being resolved.
