There appears to be a fiber cut on the Eastern side of the Des Moines ring. We are investigating the issue.
Our fiber provider has completed splicing and is hands off. Services have been restored.
Our fiber provider has begun to remove the damaged fiber and splicing has started. ETR 5 hours.
Our fiber provided has informed us that they have located a second site of damaged fiber. Fiber has been pulled and crews are working on a temporary fix. No ETR.
Splicing crews have located the fiber damage and have begun pulling fiber. No ETR as of yet.
