Power issues in Head End causing video interruptions Tuesday 26th May 2020 14:25:52
A power failure in our headend is causing some channels to be completely out. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it as fast as possible.
This has been resolved. The issue was a consumer power strip that shorted out, causing a UPS to trip to prevent further damage to equipment. That power strip has been removed.
Channels are coming back in and should work properly. You may need to change off of a channel and back to it.
