Inbound call issues Friday 12th June 2020 10:46:56


We are aware of issues with inbound calls to CFU numbers from some providers. We are currently working to identify and solve the issue.

There have been no more reports of this issue, it is considered resolved.

All indications show this issue is resolved. If you are still experiencing this issue please call the Help Desk.

Working with our phone service partner we identified a potential source of the issue. They reached out to the equipment vendor to further investigate and applied a potential fix. Our testing indicates this appears to have resolved the issue, and we are waiting to hear back on a root cause analysis.

We are still working with our upstream phone providers to identify and solve the issues with phone calls. Noticeable symptoms include calls "screeching" or no audio at all on the phone call. This appears to be part of a larger issue that is impacting a number of communities in Iowa.
