The emergency maintenance this morning 11SEP2020 has resolved all system-wide reported issues with NDVR recording. If the contents of the NDVR menu does not appear correct, I recommend a power cycle of the STB ( Set Top Box ) or force a refresh of the NDVR menu by entering 0-0-0-0-1-2-3-3. Individuals may have created corrupt NDVR database entries, those would need to be discovered and corrected on a case-by-case basis.
