Phone Service Interruption Saturday 12th September 2020 02:20:00


At approximately 2:19AM our Phone Service provider indicated that they were having a core issue and thus impacting phone service. Engineers are on site, but they do not have an ETR. Customers may receive an "All Circuits are Busy" message when dialing in/out. We will update you as we receive updates.

Phone service has been restored as of 9pm.

Our Phone Service Provider has escalated to the 5th level with their vender and national carrier. More field engineers are being dispatched and are in-route from the vender. No ETR.

Our Phone Service Provider has escalated to the 4th level with their vender between two national carriers. Their vender has dispatched staff, but there hasn't been an update on arrival time nor repair estimate.

Our Phone Service Provider identified an issue with our SS7 messaging for call routing. 911 service is still working and some calls may get though. No ETR.

CFU inquired on any updates from our Phone Service Provider, as of 7AM there is still no ETR for restoring CFU phone service.
