Phone Service Call Completion Issues Tuesday 27th October 2020 13:29:28

We have received multiple reports of call completion issues for toll free numbers, which we have reproduced. Our phone service partner has informed us they have received reports of call completion problems across their network and they are currently investigating the problem. Local calls appear to be going through normally at this time.

Our partner has reported the issue has been resolved and our testing also indicates services have returned to normal.

The upstream carrier has repaired the fiber but their voice network is still experiencing disruptions and they are continuing to work on correcting the problem. We do not have an estimated time to restoring service currently.

The upstream carrier has located the damaged fiber and repair is underway. They are currently estimating services will be restored around 6:00 PM.

Our phone service partner informed us an upstream carrier is experiencing a large outage and has not provided an estimated time for service restoration yet.
