Fiber Access Equipment at the Union Substation Hut has Stopped Services Tuesday 5th January 2021 11:02:39
One of three OLTs at the Union Substation Hut has stopped all services. Network Engineers are enroute to work on the issue.
All services delivered by the equipment that had issues have been restored.
The device loaded an older configuration, we will need to restore from the latest backup. This procedure will take another 30 to 45 minutes where services will be disrupted.
Issue required a system restart, services should be restored in 20 to 30 minutes.
This impacts cabinets 65, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, 74, 76, and 303.
