A piece of equipment serving areas on the north and western side of Cedar Falls has gone down disrupting Internet, phone and CATV services. Network Engineers are enroute.

Equipment is functioning normally.

All services from that equipment should be restored. Equipment management capabilities not at 100%, still monitoring.

Equipment is successfully rebooting, estimate services to be restored in approximately 30 minutes.

Cabinets impacted are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 61, 62, 63, 308, and 309.
