RF and Internet Services facing Grundy Center and Reinbeck are currently down. Cause and ETR are unknown at this time.
Local fiber operator is hands off, services restored around 10:05pm 3/1/21
Local fiber operator found that a utility company dug and set a pole on top of the buried fiber and cut it. No ETR from the local fiber operator.
CFU Fiber Tech took OTDR readings from CFU's side, and the fiber cut is beyond CFU owned/operated fiber. The local fiber operator is investigating on their end. No ETR.
